This website is operated by the Louisiana Trucking Research & Education Council, a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana created under Act 314 of the 2019 Regular Session. It is provided as a public information resource.

The Council publishes meeting notices, agendas, minutes, recordings and research materials in good faith. Where a discrepancy exists between material posted here and the Council's official record, the official record governs.
