What is already published
Meeting notices, agendas, minutes and recordings are published on this site as they become available. Before making a request, it is worth checking the meetings archive — most Council records are already there.

As a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, the Council is subject to the Louisiana Public Records Law. Records not published on this site may be requested in writing. Requests should describe the records sought with enough detail for them to be identified.
Send requests to the Council office by email.
