How to participate
Attending a Council Meeting
Attend
Council meetings are open to the public, with no registration or cost to attend. Meetings are typically held virtually via Zoom, making it easy to attend from anywhere. Meeting notices include the date, time and participation details, including the Zoom link when applicable.
Public comment
A meeting notice is sent at least two weeks in advance, including the Zoom details — sign up for the newsletter to receive them. Join the meeting and wait for the public comment period, which is outlined on the agenda.
Minutes & recordings
Meeting minutes and recordings, when available, are published on this site.
